- THAT Corporation has announced the appointment of Betsy Muniz as
Customer Service Representative. In this position, Betsy will be the
first point of contact for all customer inquiries to THAT Corporation
and will be responsible for all customer orders, shipments and RMAs.
Previously, Betsy worked for QSC in Costa Mesa, CA as their Sales
Operations Manager.
In a parallel move, Tom Ryan has been promoted to the position of
Inside Sales Rep / Customer Support Supervisor. Tom's primary
responsibility will be to cultivate and develop new leads for THAT
Corporation's line of high performance analog ICs for pro audio, in
addition to supervising all customer-related activities.
Marv Hahn, Sales Manager for THAT Corporation, expressed his
enthusiasm for the personnel changes. "One of the goals for our
expanding sales department is to build a stronger, more solid customer
interface. Betsy brings over 10 years of pro audio sales and customer
service experience from her tenure at QSC, which will complement Tom's
many years of hands-on experience in the broadcast and audio fields.
