Expands Sales Staff, Recruits Hahn as IC Sales Manager

Milpitas, CA - THAT Corporation has announced the appointment of Marvin (Marv)
Hahn to the position of IC Sales Manager. In this position, Hahn
will be responsible for customer accounts, strategic business
planning, forecasting, and distributor relations.
In his 20+ year career, Hahn
previously held sales/marketing positions with Integrated Device
Technology (IDT), Sipex, and Performance Semiconductor, among others. “We’re excited to expand our sales group with someone of Marv’s
caliber”, commented Les Tyler, THAT’s president.
“Marv's engineering background, coupled with his extensive
experience in semiconductor sales and marketing, offers us a fresh
perspective on our customers’ needs both within and beyond the audio
industry. With several new products just launched, and many more
to come, we're counting on Marv to help sell what we have to offer.”
Although headquartered in
Milford, Massachusetts, THAT will base Hahn in the company's existing facility in
Milpitas, California. "Marv's
California
location will help us to better serve our west-coast and Asian
customers," commented Denise Waterhouse. In a related move,
Waterhouse has been named THAT's IC Marketing Manager. Waterhouse, who was previously responsible for sales as well as
marketing, is based in Milford. Said Tyler, "For some time now, Denise has wanted to concentrate
exclusively on marketing and was very pleased with Marv’s addition
to the group. She'll work closely with Marv during this
transition in sales management as we expand to handle our new
products. We're fortunate to have both these talented
individuals on our team."
Hahn stated, “I’m very
much looking forward to working with the existing team at THAT.
Audio is somewhat new to me, which makes this opportunity all the more
exciting. I look forward to forming many new relationships, and
to helping THAT grow significantly in the next few years.”
