Consumer dbx-tv – BTSC Encoder

Though the US transitioned to digital television broadcasts in June, 2009, the US still contains an overwhelming number of legacy analog TV sets, containing both an analog tuner and an RF connector. As a result, there remains a strong demand (or stronger demand in some cases) in the US that certain consumer products, such as set-top boxes, DTV converter boxes, DTAs, and DVRs, provide an analog TV signal. Our dbx-tv BTSC encoder core, which has been in commercial deployment for many years now, was designed specifically for the local generation of BTSC audio signals.
